Avon leadership is all about networking and finding more people to join your team of representatives and in turn helping them to become leaders and find their own representatives.
Earnings are calculated according to the sales from your team, Some Leaders work full time Avon and earn £2k per month and much more. They are Part time Leaders too, but the unlimited earning opportunity is there for EVERYONE.
